The windows were ready earlier than promised and installed as scheduled. Installers worked quickly and we are happy with the results.
The company responded reasonably well to my requirements; however, the product is expensive and a double-pane sash developed "leaks" after a short period of time after installation. The company's warranty provided a new product (albeit slowly), along with the installation, at no cost.
I found Champion on Angie's List and I do believe in that website. I was very pleased. It was everything that I thought it would be. They were very good.
When I got the dates of installation wrong, Champion accommodated me. Even more than that, my neighbors stop and look at the windows because they are so beautiful. I'm going to let them do the complete house.
