After two visits from other personnel, we were able to be satisfied with the completion. The things that were damaged were repaired and the hardware was changed. But it took two more visits to do that. We were visited by the service manager himself and we were satisfied at the end of the day.

The staff that came to the house was fantastic. Those guys are wonderful. I have other work that I need to have done and if I could request that crew then I would. They need to be compensated for their professionalism. The office staff needs a little polishing for the type of money spent on the product. I think the receptionist needs to be a little more knowledgeable of her role because she can make or break a sale. I had to call back twice and it was not very easy to relate to her. The quality of the materials looks just to be so so. The more I look at the fit and finish, the less impressed I am.Initial prices are very inflated, so be prepared to negotiate the price down to a reasonable level.
