One thing I was very disappointed about was the fact I was not given a picture of what the product would look like, no schematics or nothing. I did not know what the project looked like until it was completed.
The sales rep, Jose Vera was very helpful and the windows installer where quick and left no mess behind. I am a very HAPPY customer!
