I believe that Champion Window did a good job not only installing my new windows but also following up to ensure that everything was working.
I’m extremely happy with the layout of my sunroom! However, the installation was very bumpy. The installers seem very knowledgeable and was very polite when present. However, there was a huge lack of communication during the installation process. Quite often I wasn’t sure the installers were going to show up. There were several delays and when I pointed out concerns there was always what felt like excuses.
Champion did a screened patio project for us. The time from initial quote to completion of project was reasonable and the installation team was excellent!
