We were very impressed with the salesperson. He was very knowledgeable, and very good at explaining how long everything would take. The windows arrived exactly when he said they would. The office staff always kept in contact with us to make sure we were informed about our products. The installation crew was always on time, and they finished very quickly. The house is much more quiet and I believe that our windows have greatly improved our homes insulation.
Champion Windows offers very high quality products. Their prices were a little high, but the installation crew did a great job installing our windows. We really love the work they did.
The company put aside any concerns I had about the installation. My sales rep was very knowledgeable. He worked closely with me, and answered any questions. I was highly impressed with the installations crew's skill, professionalism, and quality of their workmanship. It was a pleasant experience.

Champion's location was convenient to where I live. Their advertisement is effective; we heard about Champion in the Atlanta newspaper. We went to their sales room and were well received. Champion Windows provides exactly what they advertise. Everyone was courteous and helpful, and their installation crew did a great job taking care of my window problems.
I think they have a great product. They offer a certificate of warranty that you can transfer to a new owner, which I think is wonderful. Their product adds excellent value to your property.
