The product and the installers did a fine job. However, I ordered the window in January and did not get it until I drove down to their location to complain in September. This was because they did not answer any phones or messages sent through their web site. Customer service is lacking. I had a neighbor who got a sunroom and had some of the same communication issues.
Consumer service is very week no answers the phone when you needed
The project manager has to be more communicative. I had to call them more often than not.
Provide more time to make a decision and not state this deal ends when I walk out the door.
