Process is easy and work done professionally.
Champion didn’t do anything different from the other window companies. Nothing stood out.
I appreciated how a sales representative came to the house. It’s a very old house, with unique features. Another smaller, Austin based company wouldn’t come out, just asked for photos.
My room looks incredible and the work was done quickly and efficiently.
Poor communication. Told one thing by the sales person which was then ignored later which resulted in the correct plan being sent to manufacturing. Told 98% when the framing was complete, but still missing all glass, so I would not say that is only 2% left.
