We enjoyed working with the sales Rep, Todd Streske. He gave us every opportunity to make the decision to choose Champion for our sunroom project. The timing of the materials was a bit off do to backordered items. But then when we called with concerns about the timing of the install, Champion sent a 3rd party crew of two out to start the install. This took only three days. Overall, we're satisfied with the quality of the Champion product. There were some bumps along the way as far as the installation. Communication wasn't always the best and we had some gripes from time to time. Luckily there was Rick Rubino who listened to our concerns, made a few tweaks here and there and everything worked out in the end. My advice to Champion is to hire more contractors who show a little more attention to detail, after all, windows aren't cheap and they should be perfect every time.

My installers, Nolan and Brian, were extremely professional. They were able to overcome any problems they came across during the installation. They did an awesome job.
