The salesperson was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Moving to the day of installation: the guys were 45 min outside the window and no one called to let me know what their new ETA was, once they arrived they went about the installation in a professional manner. I placed my order with the salesperson on May 8th, I was told a 6 to 8 week lead time due to the style of windows I ordered along with the fact that a sliding glass door takes time to produce.
