I thought it was a wise choice to chose Champion because they were excellent on everything.
The contractors for Champion did a nice job installing the window, it the only issue is a window thermostat for my acu-rite weather unit was removed. Without this outside thermostat unit this inside unit no longer works. I searched inside and outside and could not find this unit. I did not notice it missed till I tried tired to check the temperature, when it was around 100, a week or so later.Did anyone turn it in?
It is a very quality product. We were satisfied with everything.

Champion was awesome in all areas of the process. Great customer service and attentiveness. I would recommend to anyone looking for quality windows. The second floor of my home used to stay really hot but with the new windows in, it is more comfortable for me to be on the second floor. Thanks Champion Windows.
The installers were great. They came early and stayed until after 9pm. They were out there with flashlights making sure that they had everything picked up. They were hard workers and only stopped to have lunch and it was so hot that day.
