The installer did a great job. They were on time and finished the job in just 1 day. They explained how to operate the windows, how to clean them and were very respectful.
I was very satisfied with the service and the quality of the materials used.
Champions Windows of Baltimore only failed in the area of field supervision of the job. The person in charge, Dave McMahan, took the wrong decisions again and again and kept me misinformed about the progress of the job. Because his mistakes, two inspections ended in disapproval and once the crew spent several hours inactive awaiting for an inspector because he cannot obtain in advance a window time for that procedure.
