Champion Windows used a contracted employees to install the door. The contractor, who installed my door, was training his son on how to install doors. I personally would have preferred an experienced person to install the door. However, the mentor was knowledgeable but had plans to retire and turn the business over to him. The project is not complete. Some hardwood painting needs to be done in the inside of the door. I will contact Champion to let them know. I was in and out of the city when this work was done.
