It is the first time I have ever had my windows done and we want to get the whole home completed by Champion Windows. It will look really, really beautiful. I appreciate the company helping me. I will recommend Champion to all of my friends. They do an excellent job.
They came out, installed the windows, they did a good job, and I didn't have any problems with them. They took their time to clean up everything and they were very courteous to me, it was definitely my property. They left the job site clean.
My whole experience was unbelievable. I have a lot of rotten wood, and I wasn't sure if they could even put the windows in. They removed the rotten wood, installed the windows, put in the aluminum treatment, and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. That was tremendous, so I am very satisfied. I can also tell that when you open the drapes in the morning, there is no cold draft and it remains room temperature.
I was satisfied with Champion's service. I liked their employees' friendliness. The only thing that fell short of my expectations was the fact that they could not do the work in consecutive days, but that was also due to issues with the weather.
I found the entire staff to be very professional. They were timely, and their work was top quality. They cleaned up after themselves. I didn't have anything that I have to do. I was impressed that they worked to 11 one night and were willing to stay to clean the windows. They really wanted to finish the work for me. The value for the money is worth it. I've had more compliments than before. It really makes my house look better and added to its value.
Very impressed with the sales rep's (Bruce Aldridge) knowledge of the product, courteous manner and patience to answer all out questions, Have only had my windows 2 weeks, but am really impressed with everyone at Champion Windowns and so pleased I had the window replacement done with Champion.
The quality of the windows is excellent. I love my new windows! They're the best thing we could have done. The work crew is very professional, friendly, and everything was clean. They left no mess, were here on time, and got the work done when they said they would. I would recommend Champion and their workers to anybody.
This is the second time that I have had a sun-room built by Champion Windows of Birmingham. We have been very pleased with them on both times.
