I have mixed emotions on recommending Champion. I wanted a sunroom to add some extra living space and enjoy an outside feel without going outside for relaxation and eating. I have it, but after the install I complained about standing water in the room. It was then that I was told the rooms are not waterproof. They attempted to fix the one area that was letting in a lot of water, but it still leaks and the water flows to one corner of the room. I will not be able to do what I want as far as decorating. The installation crew was awesome. However, the customer service and response from office is lacking. It took my call to corporate for their office to call me back.
It was a very good experience and I like the way that works. Good job.
I think their product is good, but their customer service is awful.
