The product is great. We are satisfied. We knew we wanted new windows and doors so no one had to work hard to have us sign the line; we did enjoy the demonstrations. We had a timeline in mind as we wanted to have our new pieces installed prior to our son's birthday in early July. The saleswoman made it sounds like that was very likely to happen. I'm pleased with the way they came in and completed the project. The guy that came out was excellent.
THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT IS EXCELLENT.
Love the windows but too many mistakes! Either wrong size and job incomplete because grid left out or windows not correct size and have to come back to replace with correct ones!
