We just had issues with the measurements, ordering time, and communication. At first, the salesperson came out to my house and it was great. It was originally going to take 3 weeks to get the windows. Unfortunately, it took two months. Nobody called us or let us know what was going on and when the windows did come they did not fit.
We love the windows.
The customer service has decreased significantly from my last experience
