They put in a door and then the window and that completed our house. We have all new Champion windows, doors and siding and we have only had 2 things go wrong and they fixed them in a timely manner. We are Champion people.
Excellent quality, excellent service, beautiful windows.
The installer, Jerry, was very courteous and very kind.
Sales and installation was excellent, timing was ok as it was delayed by weather( not Champion). The quality of the door and side glass was good, but somewhat disappointed with the finish work and paint on the door and window frame. Little details like touch up paint and the plugs for the framing was disappointing as it was wrong and had to be reordered.
Champion Windows has an excellent product and the fastest installation I could have imagined. They worked in the snow and finished so quickly. They had a great rhythm going throughout the project, and all worked really well together.
Champion windows was very good to work with and the installation crew was awesome, we are very happy.
