I am totally amazed how much warmer my house is with the new windows. Both bedrooms always felt cold in the winter and hot in summer. I can’t wait to see the difference this summer. The windows are pretty spendy but they made a believer out of me that there is a big difference between contract grade windows and Champion windows. We plan on replacing the remainder of my windows. Love them!!
We had to wait longer than originally expected for the windows to come in and be installed. And there ended up being a oversight of not ordering a metal flashing that should have gone around the outside of the windows to cover the gap between the windows and the stucco walls. The contractor filled in the area with caulking though. Other than that they look great and we have already noticed a huge difference in keeping the cold air out.
