The salesmen are professional and very knowledgeable. The install crews are hit or miss.
From the time that Bron came to visit us to give us an estimate to replace the windows in the kitchen, to the office staff calling us to tell us when the technician could come out, it was a good experience all the way around. The technician was awesome. Bron and the installer were very knowledgeable and professional. They were so great.
Job specificity. We are having problems with a front entry door that they are not do or service. Ranking them a 2 because Champion Windows offers somethings but not everything that is good for every single project. They company may not be the best option for every situation.
