The workmanship and customer service was excellent. I just wish they were more affordable.
From start to finish I was extremely pleased with the service, quality and price of my new windows. From the initial walk through for an estimate, to the actual installation, the salesman and crew working for Champion were very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in their job. All were very pleasant people to have in my home. I'm extremely happy with my new windows, & glad I chose Champion. I highly recommend Champion.
Second time this year we had Jose and his lovely wife install Champion products in our home. Great job by both.
I don't think that any of my issues or concerns are being addressed in a timely manner. The ways they have derived to fix my problems is unsatisfactory to me. I have no problem paying for what I get but it is a problem when I have to pay for something that I didn't get.
