My experience was great. Found the seal failed and with just a phone number and address my contract and window info was found. A 2nd sash appeared and they held my original sash so I could receive both together. Through the wait time my contact left champion and I thought a disaster was going to happen. Jessica contact me to infirm me that she was absorbing responsibility fir my order. Things worked out without a hitch.
