Had windows and doors installed many years ago and admit they did a nice job. Even had two warranty calls that were handled well. I recently wanted more work done (ended up a $5,000 job) and they would not even set up an appointment. I then had an issue with a handle on a patio door that I thought was covered under warranty but they said it wasn't. I needed it fixed so paid the fee for the guy to come out. From the very beginning, my experience with Champion Windows has been a nightmare. The sales process was terrible—the sales rep showed up 30 minutes late and then dragged out the meeting into a 3-hour long sales pitch. Despite my better judgment, I decided to proceed with them since I needed new windows for my condo. The contract stated that the installation would begin within 9-12 weeks, but here we are at week 27, and I still don’t have my windows installed. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Terrible customer service!! I have a champion sun room (installed by previous owners) that we have loved for 2 years since we bought our home. HOWEVER the customer service to get anything done after they install the room is horrendous. Champion sent a technician out to replace a screen door. The tech measured & ordered a new one and we paid for it. 12+ weeks later (which was longer than the estimated 8-10 weeks) a different tech came out and said that it wasn’t a champion door and that the screen CHAM... read more

Champion installed a sunroom for my house a few years back. The roof leaks; the doors and windows don't actually latch when they "lock"; the cheap flooring has turned green from the sun and when we noticed the cheap green flooring was pealing up, it exposed soggy ply wood that was black with mold. These people do not return calls, do not return messages/voicemails, nor do they show up to our house when we do manage to speak with someone semi-competent enough to schedule an appointment for us. My experience was great. Found the seal failed and with just a phone number and address my contract and window info was found. A 2nd sash appeared and they held my original sash so I could receive both together. Through the wait time my contact left champion and I thought a disaster was going to happen. Jessica contact me to infirm me that she was absorbing responsibility fir my order. Things worked out without a hitch.
