Great custom work. Poor communication on when people would show up and when. Outdoor fan was wired but was not told motor was broken so I had to replace and rewire myself.
I am pleased with my windows and overall professionalism of both my Sales Rep and Installer. There were a couple of mishaps with my paperwork but it was corrected in a timely fashion. I would definitely use Champion for my next project and would recommend them to friends and family.
