Champion responded when we said that the HOA approval was necessary and worked to provide the HOA lead with the information that was necessary.
The work was finished as promised and ahead of schedule. The communication was good. The workers even waited longer for me to get there and do a final walkthrough. Overall, we were pleased with the process.
They were very professional and courteous. Also the installation guy was fantastic.
