They did a great job. They kept the jobsite clean and were in and out in a day. Very personable and professional.
The materials used were great. The time frame of signing up for the sun room and the time of installation were way off. The job was done with great installers but at the end it seemed they were being rushed. Attention to detail could have been better. The project scheduler has the worst voicemail message I have ever heard if they are dealing in customer service.

I was expecting the windows to be custom-made, but they weren't custom-made. They got them off the shelf to fit. I was under the impression each window would be custom-made, and that wasn't the case. Some windows were more snug than others.
Great experience from sales to installation. Install crew was respectful, clean and attentive.
We were finally able to complete a years long wish - for a sunroom on the back of our house in the mountains. Quite frankly, with most companies with whom I have dealt, I have been disappointed and sometimes scammed. I was VERY PLEASED with Champion. I was kept up to date with the project scheduling, the crew answered my questions knowledgeably and in a helpful, friendly manner.
