Job was ultimately completed to our satisfaction. Timliness and more professional behavior would allow me to give them a 5.
It was a great job, and they did wonderful work. However, it was painful because of the people at the office. Their process stinks. However, the guys that came to do the work worked very hard and did a wonderful job. It is high quality, but when you deal with the office staff, good luck.
From the beginning of project through completion, all champion employees were very courteous and professional. They came on time, worked efficiently and communicated all steps of the process very thoroughly. We will definitely use Champion for future projects.
Quick, no mess, in and out. couldn't even tell they had been there, besides a nice new roof when we got home.
