We got both a valuable product and a valuable experience from Champion. Their courtesy was much appreciated, their work was well done, and we happy with what we have now.
Great windows. Installation crew did a great job with little mess.
The door is great. It serves the purpose that I needed it for. The bottom of the door step is raised and I tend to trip over it so I wish I had talked about that when they first came. Also, the paint is already scratched although they did leave me some paint.
They have it all together. They do what they say they will do, and do it when they say they will. we are very happy with the room and quality.
I would recommend the windows. They are good. The sliding door is excellent and the gutters look beautiful. All of the Champion products is a rating of a four, but the company itself I am not sure how to answer regarding the company. They need to have better communication internally. The quality of the products is excellent. If I have a problem in six months I am not sure what will happen.
The workmanship quality was noticeable and the crew took pride in their craftsmanship.
