Our install experience was in two distinct pieces. Zack and his assistant came first. His workmanship was very poor. He left the frame under one window bent. We pointed it out so he absolutely knew of the problem. Derrick (Bloomfield?) was the second installer. He removed every thing and redid the job. We would recommend him to anyone. His words were “I will make this right.” And he did. Our neighbors have visited and admired our completed porch.
