Our experience was positive in every aspect from purchase to installation. Professional, courteous, efficient, and cleanup.
Totally professional all the way, and actually finished before schedule!
Communication at all levels is lacking. We never knew when the crew would showup. Cleanup was poor, I spent several hours picking up nails, screws and building supplies inside the sunroom and outside in the yard where they left their equipmentl and suppies unattented for 10 days. Damaged panels where delivered and I am still waiting on the replacement to come.
