Sales team very pleasant and courteous. Install crew was pleasant, however they had to be instructed several times to remove debris from job site {concrete}. Install crew tried to pressure us to sign off on the job completion, causing us to miss damaged window frames. Requiring follow-up servicing to repair the damaged window frames. We also had to insist that to work crew to cover work boots (inside Sunroom), from tracking in mud or dirt while doing inside work.
John and Aaron did a great job of installing the door. Mike did a great job measuring and Mark helped us to make our decisions regarding the doors. They all make a great team.
The quality of the work was excellent, and the screened-in deck looks beautiful. They worked very efficiently.
