Champion Windows of Chattanooga built me a very solid high quality room, and everything was done right the first time. The quality of the room was above my standards, it ended up better than I had expected it to be. They were very helpful in answering any questions I had for them.

Champion Windows of Chattanooga was outstanding. I would rate the first crew that came two years ago for our first project a 4+ too. I am a return customer that came back because of the fabulous job they did the first time. I didn't even call anybody else. There was no one else in my mind that could handle the job. They're pricey, but you pay for what you get. I've tried to go the cheap way before, and it just isn't worth it. Their product is simply outstanding, and you can't beat the warranty.

Best company to work with. They listen to concerns and work with you to get exactly what you want. The builders are amazing and complete the project in a very timely manner. They take pride in what they are doing and make sure the quality shows in the finished project. When they ran up on a problem or a sudden change, they worked it and worked it until it came out exactly how I wanted it. I now have a specially designed doggy door, thanks to my guys. The sales person did nothing but gough me for money,he changed 3 things in the contract that would have made me pay more money then I should have.I was told on the first estimate I would have to have tempered windows and was givin an estimate,The second time an estimate was done he did not change the cost even though he said I could get away with regular windows.I was lied to several time by the sales person and he didnt do one thing he said he would.Example.he said he would see if he could get my sunroom warrentee extended ... read more
