The first crew they sent out destroyed everything they touched. I was not informed of the difference in what I purchased and what I had, the salesman did not inform me of the difference. I wouldn't have purchased what I did if I had known. the window was too small and had to build a frame. The contract crew destroyed my sheet rock and window sill.
I signed a contract on October 16 and was told to expect work to be finished in 3 to 4 weeks. The work was finished on January 6. The initial workmanship was poor. The metal wrap was poorly installed and caulking very slopy. All the metal had to be taken off and the job done over again. Toward the end more metal work had to be done over again. One window was the wrong size and ended up being replaced twice.
