Champion's work crew were on time and did an excellent job. Electrical and concrete subcontractors were also excellent.
My brother had recommended Champion because he had a wonderful experience with them. Me, not so much. I was supposed to have a kick plate on the inside of the door and there was NONE. I was supposed to have my screen door attached but there was no hardware for it so I am still waiting for that to be attached. Shouldn't all the product be here when it arrives? They were very professional. Brant was always on time and highly prepared. He brought samples for me to look and and compare. I was happy to see the quality of the materials they would use. It was a very good experience for my husband and me and they really took time to answer any questions I had.
Ira Alter, my salesperson was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The only glitch was that the windows were ready on schedule but the patio door production was delayed. This meant two separate installations but the installers were really good at what they do and they worked quickly and efficiently and they were clean and neat. Overall, in spite of the time delay, we are more than satisfied with everything. It was a really good experience for us.
