I have dealt with them three times, and they are good! They stand behind their product. If something goes wrong three years down the line, they will come and replace it!

I would recommend them with qualifications.I would also inform anyone interested that the vinyl window replacements do take up a fairly large amount of glass space compared to other window replacements. That is an inherent quality of the vinyl windows and not a short-coming of Champion.
