Brady was great, and he wasn't pushy. We ended up not doing the windows, but he fixed the trim well. I feel as if, if I do get windows, that's where I'm going back to.
The sales experience was awful, pushy and demanding expecting a signed agreement at the initial meeting. This process needs to be updated to current technology standards and not bring 3 suitcases of materials. This is not 1960 you need update your sales presentation. 1 iPad with design application would be a better experience.
