Upfront end was great, but back end service and follow-up leaves a lot to be desired. We are still waiting for our concerns to be addressed. We can see a difference with the temperature control technology in our home, but we do not understand why the fogginess happens so frequently and densely to the point of being unable to see through the windows to the outdoors.
Second house that we’ve purchased Champion Windows and once again have exceeded all expectations.
