Everything was fine! I'm very happy with the windows!
They made it easy. I had four companies quote my window needs and Champion was best. Our salesman, Rick Phillips, was a pleasure to work with. The installation crew came on time, did the job on tome, and left the house as if no one had been there. The only thing different was we had new beautiful windows.
I just don't think they've got the complete package. The communication end of it really broke down. The salesman and the installation crew were good when they got here. But the way they do business, I wasn't happy with.
We have been really pleased with Champion and would recommend them to anyone.
