We have had windows, siding, and facial board installed on our house and it looks awesome. The material and workmanship is seamless. The House is so much warmer and more quiet and neighbors told us we're making them look bad! Lol. Would choose Champion Windows all over again.
The materials used are superior. The workmanship is very good for the most part. A couple of adjustments had to be made but were effective. A problem was found today-December 19-and will be addressed December 20. There is no insulation beneath the heat pump installed by Champion. It was either not installed or the carpet installer removed it to install carpet and did not replace it. Hard to determine responsibility. We're very happy with our Champion windows. The quality and design of the windows are great and the installation crew worked very hard to get our job (20 windows and 1 sliding door) completed in two days. Champion reps contacted us several times during the installation to make sure things were being done to our satisfaction and to ensure that my wife and I were happy with everything. They really seem to care about customer satisfaction, which is great.
