Work was not done right the first time. I thought the crew was a little inefficient in their work. The time to get the installation fixed in my mind was took too long. My repair work slipped through the cracks and nobody followed up with me for several days. I trust everybody's intentions were good, but in my opinion the work should have been done right the first time.
The crew was very, very professional and very prompt in the installation.
