sales person (Joe McCormick ) was very informative , did a great job explaining all about windows , showed us how they worked , E ratings and the hole bit, he was not pushy trying to make a sale an even encourage use to check out other window company's.. Installer was great , he & his wife were a fantastic team , they install 13 windows in one day , answered all my questions , believe me I had a lot, and left the work area cleaner than it was to start with.. Outstanding job!!!
