The windows look good. I am satisfied with the quality of the window. I have no complaint about the installers. However, be prepared to work around their schedule for measuring and installation times. This could be a problem if you, being the one who pays the bill, has difficulty in scheduling around your job.
The crew was courteous, and helpful. They took care of all our needs and requests. They were on time and worked hard while they were at our home in order to have as little impact on us as possible. They answered all of our questions promptly and left a fairly clean and tidy work space.
I think we got a run of back luck with my situation but they made it right and they were honest when they came in and said the windows are broken.
We were very happy with how Champion Windows responded to our questions, and we are very much looking forward to the finished room.
