The gentlemen who installed the vinyl siding did an absolutely perfect job. They cleaned up well and were very respectful. I was 100 percent satisfied and that is not easy. I'm very picky.
Jeff Cole - our salesperson - and Steve Freeman - our manager for the installation - were both wonderful, talented, and knew their product. They were exceptional helping us with our needs. Cassandra in the service department was also phenomenal. I'm still waiting on parts for our storm door and another window that they didn't have in stock, so I have to wait another week on that, but that is understandable and acceptable.
Everything was perfect. The staff at Champion Windows of Cincinnati was here on time and completed the work in a timely manner. They made sure the work was done correctly. I have no complaints. We will be using their services again.
