We were recommended by a man who lived in our condominium. Dan was here on time and and was very helpful and knowledgeable. The crew were on time and cleaned up beautifully. We're well-pleased.
Since we were doing the work for my father in law, we wanted to make sure he was also pleased with the work. We are very pleased with the workmanship Champion put in installing the siding. There were a few challenges in working on a 100 year old house, and they did an excellent job crafting the siding to the house and making sure it looked like it always had siding on it.
Dealing with Champion Windows was a pleasurable experience. I had talked to other companies before Champion Windows and Champion Windows' product and customer service appeared to be the best to me.
The experience couldn't of been any easier. From the very first interview, we talked to them about coming out to the house. They made the presentation and we called them back a second time. Everything went as smooth as it could go. We are very happy with what we got.
I was extremely satisfied with the installers. They came on time and did the work quickly and efficiently. The one problem that I had was the closing of the gutter door and that was taken care of very quickly. I am satisfied all the way around.
We are very happy with Champion Windows. We think they are a reputable company. If I see a mistake they're quick to correct it even years after they install the product.

Their public relations are very strong; the salesperson and some of the workers follow up with me by telephone. They follow through on their word.
