There is a scratch in our floor, it looks like it's from a sharp object. I don't know if they were supposed to clean the window after they were in, but I had to have the windows cleaned myself.
I have had 2 jobs done by them, a garden window last year and roof this year. They did a great job on both of them.
Everybody showed up on time when they promised to be here. We were a little discouraged when we saw the issues with the inside of the glass; we are having to wait another 4-6 weeks for that issue to be resolved. Also, when the installer was taking out one of the old windows he broke the light above the window. He said that he would be back to replace the broken glass from the light within a week but it's been 3 weeks since I heard from him. But besides those issues I like the windows.
