Our salesman was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He did not pressure us with our purchase. Everyone was on time. The work was done extremely neatly. There was no mess to clean up. The window operation is extremely nice and they are easy to clean.

Champion Windows were on time they were courteous. They even put on boots to keep my carpet clean. They are timely and very professional. It was cold outside, so they did it as quickly as they could.

The experience was great. It was a big job and we had 27 windows replaced. The new windows seem very wonderful, they are easy to open and lock. The home is definitely more quiet and we can feel a difference already.

The initial contact we had with the salesman was precise, low-key, professional, and there was no pressure. My dealings with the office staff were very professional and they communicated very well. They were here on time and did a very professional job with the installation. There was no clean up or anything, I was very pleased.

The quality of Champion Windows are exceptional. The fact that I can wash them from the inside make a great differance. The saving from my gas bill is one of the the things I love. The personnel is friendly and timely as well. I found them at the rib burn off in cleveland ohio in May, I put it off because I thought the price was to high, however when I spoke to the representive and found out I could afford them and I could and could do 4 at a time, so in two years I will have my entire home windows repaired with quality mate... read more

They were all nice, easygoing, and even with two four year-olds running around, they got all the windows put in in five hours. They didn't have a problem with the kids at all. Even when they were getting in their way, they were really nice about it. They were letting them help in little areas where they could - we were all getting a kick out of it. My son and grandson thought it was the best thing in the world. I just love the windows. They are the best.

We were first introduced to Champion's products at a home improvement show. Our salesperson, Andy, did a fabulous job explaining every part of the process to us and answering any questions. He provided us with contact information so that we could decide later and contact him when we were ready. When we called him, he came right out and gave a very thorough explanation of what would happen with the installation and took pictures of our home. Our experience with Champion Windows was very satisfying. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and professional. My salesman was able to work with us to help us afford the roof that was put over our deck. I was pleased with the installers. They worked very hard, and were very professional and friendly.
