The sales manager was very nice and knowledgeable. There was a problem with the initial quote so we had to have a rebid. The measure team was on time and thorough. The installation team was also very nice and helpful. We couln’t Remove two window coverings and they helped us remove them. One window was damaged during installation and had to be reordered. Overall a good experience.
We are happy with the results.
They cleaned up very nice, too!
I have used Champion for a lot of my jobs, so I have experience with them. Sometimes they are slow to address issues for a long time after the installation. For the most part, they do address them though.
They were excellent in all aspects. Very respectful and great to work with.
