Installed a door and the next day I saw light around the seal. Called to see what was the problem. Came out to fix and put pads under the seal. When I came home the light was still visible. Came back to find the striker plates are not in the correct position. Made some adjustments and the plates are still not lined up properly, you have to shut door in a sequence to get locks to work.
Champion Windows sells a quality product and their team is professional through and through. The windows were ordered and installed in a timely manner. The installation of my 15 windows would have been completed in a single day, but two windows were not the correct size. The problem was quickly resolved, the correct sized windows were ordered and installed in a couple of weeks. I would definitely buy Champion again if the need arose.Thanks Champion for a job well done.
