I won't buy from Champion again, so I won't recommend them to others either.
I am rating this a two because of the scheduling and installation problems I had.
We were really happy with the man who measured and the one who gave us the estimate. They were super nice to work with. But the guy who measured is the toughest guy in the world to reach on the phone. I was acting as the property committee chairman and when they didn't show up on the day they were supposed to be there, the church called me to see where they were.
