The garden window we ordered was not as described when installed. Despite lack of clarity/incorrect information given about this window, Champion refused to even compromise with us on the cost of replacing the window in question with a simpler, cheaper window.
The entire experience was very positive. The salesperson’s presentation was excellent and the installers couldn’t have been any more professional knowledgeable and friendly.
Excellent and professional. From the initial meeting with the sales person to the installers and follow up, everything was top notch. Especially impressed with the installers. They were efficient, quick, professional, courteous and extremely clean. Installed 20 windows in one day and left our home clean when they left.
