I was very happy with the installation and the work. I was dissatisfied with communication with the company and how they handled the product.
They are a company that informs, and I got what I needed from them. It took 5 months for management to contact me to let me know what was going on. Things would change in a month, and it felt like I had to chase them around.
They arrived on time, did an excellent job, and had a pleasant crew.
Installation top notch. Sales crew & customer service not so much.
