Straightforward presentation of the product, careful and thorough process for installation preparation and actual installation. Excellent attitude demonstrated by all involved in the process, obviously very comfortable and confident in what they do. The quiet teamwork of the installation team was impressive!
Quality of window construction is excellent. Window coatings are great. Install was mostly great, but good all around. Customer service issues are the primary thing that did not meet my expectations in my experience with Champion. Great windows, but don’t expect great communication. Don’t believe everything the salesman says.
