The staff was very helpful. Victor, the manager, was great. Chris really stands out for his politeness, availability, helpfulness, and willingness to answer questions, repeatedly if necessary. I was new to the process, and Chris was great about assuring me of the value of my investment, and I ended up being very impressed with the quality of the materials and construction.
The sales staff at Champion Windows are very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. They seem to sell a quality product, which is backed by an outstanding lifetime warranty. We are very pleased with our window, and look forward to many years of enjoyment from it. Unfortunately, as with many things, problems can arise, and we did have our share. My home was done in two phases. The first crew could not have been worse. The second phase crew was outstanding. The owner assisted in getting the project completed. The project took longer than it should have and required more work from the homeowner than it should have. The company stood behind its work and completed the job.
I was really impressed with speed of the financing process, and also how quickly Champion Windows was able to order and install my windows. I am very satisfied with Champion Windows.
I would definately purchase from Champion again. In fact we are considering a new front door and screen door for next year. We love our new windows, they were the best we found as they met all our needs and they people we dealt with during this experience were great.
The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was always available for questions. The product is excellent. I never thought I could be so happy about windows. The installers were courteous, and answered any of our equations. They were timely, and everyone did a great job.
